creative and production agency OA ExperientiaL PARTNERED WITH EVENT FARM TO launcH AN INNOVATIVE EVENT STORY-TELLING BRANCH CALLED the “OA Immersive Core.”
OA’s Core brings together immersive and site-specific theater innovators to design remarkable brand experiences, and wanted a way to showcase this to their customers and loyal partners.
The concept OA came up with is an immersive theater experience, which removes the stage and makes the event audience a central character in a story - giving them an “insider” perspective where their choices can drive the story and give the guest a bespoke experience.
OA then partnered with Event Farm, who with innovative event tech brought their story to life - and a proper launch for their new Immersive Core program. OA’s creators wrote a 30-minute immersive piece created for Montage Beverly Hills to take guests on a journey of what secrets are behind each hotel room door.
The event took place in three different guest rooms and incorporated acting, problem / puzzle solving and technology, all ending in Montage’s award-winning secret Macallan speakeasy bar for libations and hors d’oeuvres. Event Farm’s Technology was a key component at each stop which allowed for specific groups to be texted clues, their custom photo op moments and interactive polling during the experience.
