Levi's x Jordan 4 Launch Raffle Kiosks

In preparation for one of the most highly anticipated shoe launches of 2018, Levi’s needed a solution to mitigate chaos that ensued from their previous launch which shut down stores and cancelled the entire launch altogether.

Specifically, Levi’s wanted to alleviate line congestion, ensure that Levi’s fans had a chance to walk away purchasing the release, and increase in-store foot traffic.

Raffle Kiosk’s

Event Farm developed a custom raffle platform in the form of kiosks to collect information on each personal entry: name, size, and contact information.

For 2 days during the week, Levi’s social pushed invites to their two stores in NYC and SF.

Unique URL Forms

In order to prevent the sharing of the raffle entry form, each entry was given a unique URL, which created a COMPLETELY secure, unreplicable entry system immune to bots and gamification.

 

Over the course of the weekend, in both New York and San Francisco, Levis collected 4022 unique entries and successfully delivered shoes to 1343 winners. Utilizing the custom raffle entry system with dedicated pick up times, we created a calm consumer experience.

Generating continuous, randomized URLs allowed for single entries per person on site. No bots and gamificiation!

 

Custom Reporting

Not only was the launch a complete success, Levi’s now has a whole mess of data (demographics) to make the next product launch better.
